A monitoring solution that doesn’t completely take over your environment. It’s like someone watching over your shoulder and letting you know when there is an issue that needs addressing. With our monitoring service operating in the background you’ll know that your system is working and, if there’s a problem, you’ll be alerted and the appropriate action recommended. It’s then up to you whether you want us to fix it for you or you decide to look after it yourself. You don’t pay for any support until you choose to use it. In addition, your Account Manager will provide you with a monthly Health Check report identifying key problem areas, trends and recommendations.

Performance Advantage Proactive

A monitoring and management solution where we maintain your environment. We’ll proactively identify and fix basic issues (included in the monthly fee) or notify you of more complex issues and advise you of the cost to fix them before they begin impacting your systems and business users. We make sure your environment stays healthy and working efficiently by maintaining patches, software updates and resolving firmware issues. Every issue is tracked and reported so your Account Manager will provide you with a monthly report that details what we’ve done.
